Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering or 10 years of relevant work experience.
• 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, engineering or product management. Travel up to 30% required.
• Strong knowledge of linear technology products and applications with focus on electromechanical solutions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP ERP system desirable.
• Experience with ERP, databases and MS-Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and develop activities for the Linear Technology Product Area portfolio including various components.
• Own the product portfolio revenue, margin, growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute the product roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
• Develop Go-To-Market strategies and lifecycle management including phase-outs.
• Support annual business planning, forecasting and strategic growth initiatives.
• Define product positioning, value propositions, and market segmentation.
• Establish pricing strategies and manage pricing throughout the lifecycle.
• Implement and maintain assortment management for each product.
• Develop sales enabling tools and act as the technical expert for the products.
