Waymark is seeking a Product Manager to own Lighthouse, the platform used by Medicaid care teams. You will define specs, acceptance criteria, and measurement plans to move Lighthouse from a care-after model to a proactive, integrated care delivery tool.

You’ll collaborate with design, engineering, and data science, coordinate with operations, and shape a backlog you keep two sprints deep while guiding releases and safety reviews in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Competenze

• Two or more years in a product management role shipping software used by non-technical operational or clinical staff.
• Clear specifications, acceptance criteria and decision documents for engineers and designers.
• Practical fluency with agile delivery and sprint cadence.
• Ability to define success metrics before launch and read instrumented results honestly.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with scoped work and minimal heavy process.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across product design, engineering and data science.

Mansioni

• Own the Lighthouse product backlog end to end with specs, acceptance criteria and release readiness.
• Partner with Lighthouse engineering and design to plan sprints and maintain a two-sprint backlog.
• Specify how predictive model outputs surface inside Lighthouse and how actions are triggered.
• Maintain a weekly discovery cadence with operations, design, engineering and data science.
• Define outcome metrics and run post-launch readouts with safety and compliance coordination.
• Coordinate clinical safety review, compliance and partner readiness for major releases.
