Waymark is seeking a Product Manager to own Lighthouse, the Medicaid-focused platform used by care teams. You will translate care team needs into specs, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes while collaborating with design, engineering, and data science to deliver practical, compliant features.

The role emphasizes building a scalable product surface with agentic actions, predictive models, and a strong focus on clinical safety and workflow efficiency.

Formación

• Two or more years in a product management role shipping software used by non-technical operational or clinical staff.
• Strong written communication; specs and acceptance criteria clear for engineers and designers.
• Practical fluency with agile delivery and cadence metrics.
• Comfort with quantitative evaluation; define success metrics pre-launch.
• Humility, curiosity, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own Lighthouse product backlog end to end, including specs, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
• Collaborate with Lighthouse engineering and design pod; plan sprints and maintain backlog depth.
• Define how model outputs surface in Lighthouse and how human review occurs before actions.
• Maintain continuous discovery with operations, product, design, engineering, and data science.
• Define outcome metrics and conduct post-launch read-outs; coordinate safety, compliance, and legal readiness.
