Job summary

Quest Analytics is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own shared capabilities that power product teams. You’ll define the vision, drive the roadmap, and coordinate with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver measurable results in payer workflows.

You’ll guide API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies, ensure regulatory and privacy compliance, and apply AI/LLM tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining data integrity and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong PM fundamentals, discovery, prioritization, requirements, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Ability to follow and contribute to architecture discussions with engineers.
• Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI/LLM tools and applying emerging tech.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities end-to-end.
• Become an SME on health plans and translate into payer-workflow capabilities.
• Prioritize platform work by internal teams, clients, and company strategy.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies.
• Lead architecture and design discussions with engineers.
• Maintain integrated plan, risk log, and cross-team deliverables with various teams.
• Brief executives and stakeholders with updates and recommendations.
• Meet contractual, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements including PHI/HIPAA.
• Leverage AI and emerging tech while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
