Job summary

Quest Analytics seeks a Platform Product Manager to own shared platform capabilities across their lifecycle, from problem framing to adoption. You will align Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance to deliver measurable results and reusable capabilities for multiple markets.

You will define the vision and roadmap, ensure HIPAA-compliant processes, and drive API contracts, data models, and governance across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Strong Product Management fundamentals, including discovery, prioritization, requirements development, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data modeling, governance, metadata, and data quality.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable).
• A proven system for tracking plans, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Experience on Agile, Scrum, Lean, or DevOps teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Healthcare experience, ideally with provider, member, claims, or network data.
• Familiarity with network adequacy or provider data standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and requirements for shared platform capabilities across their lifecycle.
• Translate health plan operations into capabilities that fit payer workflows.
• Define API contracts, data models, and lifecycle policies for shared capabilities.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Architecture, Data, Regulatory, Legal, Client Services, and Finance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and HIPAA requirements.
• Leverage AI and emerging tech while maintaining data integrity and governance.
