You will lead user research, define BRDs and UI mockups, own the backlog and roadmap, and communicate priorities to executives. Strong data-driven mindset and healthcare/public sector domain experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing SaaS platforms and web-applications in a B2B model.
• 5+ years of experience managing data analysis products or decision support solutions in a healthcare or public sector context.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
• MBA or equivalent experience in product leadership is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with product leadership to refine market problems using customer voices, data analysis, and market research.
• Decompose strategic objectives into modular and scalable features aligned with business goals and platform architecture.
• Engage with users to understand their jobs and pain points; design features and experiences that power insights and actions.
• Translate feature concepts into detailed user stories, BRDs and UI mockups describing UX and success metrics.
• Own and manage a product backlog and roadmap; prioritize features with tradeoffs considering user impact and technical feasibility.
• Communicate priorities and progress to leadership and stakeholders for alignment.
• Collaborate with platform engineering, product analytics and UX to plan sprints and releases.
• Gather user feedback to validate feature concepts and assess performance.
• Define and instrument output metrics for features and track user performance.
• Author release announcements and training content.
