A Product Manager will elicit requirements from clinical, operations, finance, and payer stakeholders; map workflows; write user stories with acceptance criteria; analyze data; and own the product roadmap and go-to-market for releases.

Qualifications

• Elicit requirements from stakeholders across clinical, operations, finance and payer.
• Map current and future-state workflows in Lucid, identify gaps and automation.
• Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria and business rules.
• Analyze claims, eligibility, risk adjustment, and quality data for data needs.
• Write SQL queries to profile data and verify features.
• Document data flows and file specs for payer/EMR integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog, groomed and sequenced for sprints.
• Set priorities based on value, deadlines, and dependencies; run discovery.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews; accept stories.
• Serve as go-between for business users and engineers; resolve ambiguity.
• Partner with QA on test scenarios and coordinate UAT.
• Support adoption with walkthroughs, release notes, and job aids.

• Map current-state and future-state workflows in Lucid, identifying gaps and automation opportunities.
• Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria, business rules, and edge cases.
• Analyze claims, eligibility, risk adjustment, and quality data to define data requirements and validation rules.
• Write SQL queries to profile data and confirm feature correctness.
• Support integrations with payers and EMRs by documenting file specs and data flows.

Product Management & Roadmap:

• Own the product roadmap and backlog, keeping it groomed, sized, and sequenced for upcoming sprints.
• Set priorities based on business value, deadlines, and dependencies; run discovery with stakeholders.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews; accept completed stories against acceptance criteria.

Delivery, Testing & Adoption:

• Serve as the go-between for business users and engineers, resolving ambiguity quickly.
• Partner with QA on test scenarios and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Support adoption through walkthroughs, release notes, and job aids; own go-to-market for releases.
