Waymark is seeking a Product Manager to lead Lighthouse, the platform used by our Medicaid care teams. You will define specifications, manage a cross-functional backlog, and partner with engineering, design, and data science to deliver patient-centered improvements.

You will work with operations leaders to translate needs into actionable specs, drive discovery, and measure outcomes against safety and quality objectives.

Competenze

• Two or more years in a product management role shipping software used by non-technical operational or clinical staff.
• Strong written communication; specs and acceptance criteria clear for engineers and designers.
• Practical fluency with agile delivery and metrics.
• Comfort with quantitative evaluation and data-driven course correction.
• A humble learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment with flexible scope.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across product design, engineering, and data science.

Mansioni

• Own the Lighthouse product backlog end to end — framing problems, writing specifications, defining acceptance criteria, sequencing, QA, and release readiness.
• Partner daily with the Lighthouse engineering and design pod; manage backlogs and definitions of ready/done.
• Specify how predictive model outputs surface inside Lighthouse and govern decision points.
• Maintain a continuous discovery practice with operations, design, and analytics teams.
• Define and instrument outcome metrics before launches and conduct post-launch reviews.
• Coordinate clinical safety, compliance, and partner readiness with Compliance, Security and Legal.
