Job summary

HP Inc. is seeking an Expert Software Product Manager for the Workforce Experience Platform to own licensing, entitlements, and subscription management. You will align product requirements across direct and partner channels while ensuring scalability and compliance readiness.

You will lead FedRAMP readiness and translate security needs into actionable roadmaps, collaborating with engineering, architecture, security, legal, and business teams to deliver robust platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4-year or graduate degree in CS, software engineering, or information systems.
• 7–10 years of product management or SaaS platform experience.
• Experience with licensing, entitlement management, or subscription platforms.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear PRDs and roadmaps.
• Experience with security/compliance like FedRAMP is desirable.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own licensing and entitlement product domain end-to-end.
• Define requirements for complex licensing scenarios across offerings.
• Lead FedRAMP readiness with security, legal, and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, architecture, ops, and business stakeholders.
• Translate needs into PRDs, decision frameworks, and backlogs.
• Drive roadmap for entitlement management, auditability, and compliance workflows.
• Represent the product area to senior stakeholders as licensing expert.
