Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or related field.
• Experience across discovery, requirements, delivery planning, and value realization.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate discovery and draft requirements.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and make trade-off decisions.
• Proven track record of delivering durable capabilities with adoption impact.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for Pricing and Risk Decision in Lending.
• Own discovery process: interviews, workflow analysis; create epics and user stories.
• Use AI tools to accelerate discovery and generate requirements and test cases.
• Governing backlog for pricing and risk work balancing speed and risk.
• Improve decisioning experience by reducing friction and streamlining workflows.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and control requirements; enable feedback loops.
• Evaluate options, decide trade-offs, align stakeholders across functions.
• Collaborate with technology to deliver and ensure adoption and impact.
• Define and track success metrics like turnaround time, approval rates, adoption.
