JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate to contribute to the end-to-end product lifecycle by supporting strategy, defining requirements, and partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, and stakeholders to deliver client-focused outcomes.

You will leverage customer feedback, user research, and data to prioritize work, enhance experiences, and identify new capabilities while ensuring releases meet security, resiliency, and scalability standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Experience with AI integration and collaborating with AI prompt engineers to deliver AI solutions.
• Demonstrated work on AI-enabled or data-assisted products (assistive UIs, recommendations, retrieval/search, or workflow copilots).
• Practical familiarity with responsible AI principles and governance processes.

Responsabilités

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
• Plans upstream and downstream implications of new features on the overall product experience.
• Supports collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic roadmap.
• Analyzes product metrics and tracks time, cost, and quality targets across the development life cycle.
• Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
