Responsibilities

• Partner in developing strategy to safely deploy AI within core payments businesses.
• Apply data-driven problem solving to shape product roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions.
• Identify opportunities where data and AI can improve the payments pricing experience for clients.
• Research industry trends across payments, AI models and tools, and product delivery best practices.
• Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics balancing time, cost, and quality targets.
• Collaborate with engineering to define product requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships that drive alignment on direction and analytics strategy.
