Job summary
Amazon.com Services LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking a Product Manager - Technical to own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of internal applications and operational platforms that streamline workflows across RMI.
You will define requirements, drive AI/ML enabled tooling, and coordinate across data science, policy, and engineering teams. This role blends business impact with technical leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience delivering features and making tradeoffs for a product.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology strategy.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Experience representing customers during executive prioritization.
- 7+ years of product/program/marketing/technology experience.
- Experience with ML/LLM fundamentals, training/inference lifecycles or leading teams.
- Hands-on with cloud services (AWS), databases, APIs, and scripting.
Responsibilities
- Define product and technology strategy for internal tools ecosystem.
- Own portfolio from audience management to workflow automation.
- Evaluate AI/ML tools and agentic frameworks to accelerate development.
- Align stakeholders, balance speed, flexibility and robustness.
- Define APIs, data integrations, and cloud architecture.
