Podium is seeking a Product Manager on the Internal Tools Team to define and build the systems, platforms, and automation that power how our GTM teams engage with customers. Your work will impact sales performance, retention, and operational efficiency across the business.

This role is both strategic and execution-focused: you will own the vision, roadmap, and outcomes of internal products from concept to launch, with strong ownership and speed in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management for web-based or SaaS products.
• Owns end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Strong AI/automation understanding and interest.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and executive communication.
• Proven ability to measure impact with data.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and roadmap for internal platforms and automation.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to internal workflows.
• Lead end-to-end development of internal products.
• Collaborate with Success, Onboarding, Support, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Engage internal users for feedback and improvements.
• Use data to drive decisions and growth.
• Communicate effectively with executives.
