Job summary

Podium is seeking a Product Manager for the Internal Tools Team. You will define and build internal platforms and automation that power GTM teams, impacting sales, retention, and efficiency.

This role combines strategy and execution, owning vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes across internal products that scale with the business. You will lead end-to-end product development, partner with Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, Finance, and Legal, and leverage data to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, delivering web-based SaaS or communication tools.
• Willingness to own problems end-to-end and learn what’s necessary to succeed.
• Strong interest in AI and practical AI applications in product work.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive vision and milestones.
• Ability to manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimize for growth.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, design, AI, and marketing teams.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level updates.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision and roadmap for internal platforms and automation that elevate team performance and customer engagement.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities within internal workflows to reduce manual effort and improve decisions.
• Lead end-to-end development of internal products and platforms from concept to launch, with measurable business impact.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, Finance, and Legal to ensure successful adoption of internal tools.
• Engage internal users to gather feedback and inform future product innovations.
• Analyze product metrics and user data to uncover growth opportunities and optimize outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership to influence strategic decisions.
