The role involves developing product plans, monitoring market trends, and supporting cross‑functional teams to ensure product success. Occasional travel is required, with a strong focus on driving profitability and market share.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of product marketing or sales, and 5-10 years of engineering experience.
• Marketing experience on product positioning and market mix management required.
• Market and product knowledge in industrial measurement, sensor technology, industrial automation, and control engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains product plans and family strategies; guides engineering/manufacturing for maintenance and upgrades.
• Provides forecasts to Operations to support production planning and inventory management.
• Identifies and defines product enhancements based on market needs and profitable growth.
• Supports pricing strategies aligned with global objectives to maximize profitability.
