Job summary

Temposonics, LLC seeks a Director of Operations in Cary, NC to plan, direct, and manage all Manufacturing activities. You will drive manufacturing strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery with cost and quality objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, 10+ years in manufacturing operations, and at least 5 years in supervision, with strong process-improvement and Lean capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing operations experience; 5+ years in supervision.
• Ability to drive change and continuous improvement across large teams.
• Ability to apply process-improvement tools to raise quality, cost, and delivery.
• Experience in developing BOMs with MRP systems and guiding cross-functional activities.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into manufacturing direction and long-range plans.
• Develop manufacturing policies to maintain quality, profitability, and compliance.
• Lead Operations Managers and staff for planning, staffing, and execution.
• Drive Lean across the Manufacturing Value Stream for excellence.
• Direct production, safety, and cross-functional communications between levels.
• Oversee EHS and Facilities to meet safety and ISO standards.
• Establish budgets and manage cost, labor, and capital expenditures.
• Foster talent development and workforce planning for capacity needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
