Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of claims-related integrations and automation across the incident and claims ecosystem. Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering major new products or services.
  • Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level.
  • Experience building cost/benefit scenarios and business cases.
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience with claims management systems, TPAs, or auto litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for claims automation, and TPA integrations.
  • Define and prioritize requirements to improve intake, triage, assignment, investigation, and resolution.
  • Partner with Claims, Risk, Legal, Insurance, Operations, and Technology teams to identify opportunities.
  • Develop business cases and success metrics for automation initiatives.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and data quality issues across systems.
  • Drive requirements for integrations with TPAs and insurance carriers.
  • Create product documentation and stakeholder communications.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Use data and customer insights to improve workflows and performance.
