Job summary

Coalition, Inc. in the United States/Canada is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Claims Experience to own the workflows at the heart of our claims promise. You will drive automation, tooling, and platform investments that reduce manual overhead and speed incident resolution.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, actuarial, finance, and operations to ship products that deliver value across the claims journey in a distributed, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and shipping software products, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or related domains.
• Demonstrated track record of taking products or major features from zero to meaningful customer benefit, including defining the problem, validating solutions, and iterating post-launch.
• Proven experience leading migrations or systems transformations (for example, claims platforms, workflow tools, or other critical internal/enterprise systems).
