  • Define requirements to improve claims intake, triage, investigation, and resolution.
  • Partner with Claims, Risk, Legal, Insurance, Operations, and Tech teams.
  • Develop business cases and success metrics for automation initiatives.
  • Drive data-driven improvements to claims workflows and operational performance.
