Assured Insurance Technologies seeks a Product SME to lead an end-to-end evaluation of the auto claims process, from FNOL to resolution. You will map decisions, data flows, and documentation, identifying automation opportunities and cross‑functional gaps.

This role sits at the crossroads of Product, Engineering and Analytics and aims to deliver measurable improvements in cycle time, accuracy, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a major carrier as a claims adjuster is preferred.
• Deep understanding of auto claims lifecycle in P&C.
• Proven ability to work with product, engineering, data and operations teams.

Responsabilités

• Conduct end-to-end review of auto claims lifecycle from FNOL to closure and identify friction points.
• Develop expertise on how claims decisions are supported by data and information used by adjusters.
• Identify breakdowns in workflow and data capture, surfacing inconsistencies affecting outcomes.
• Own integrity of core claims data across systems, ensuring coverage, liability, damages, reserves, and settlements are accurate.
• Define standards for claims quality, documentation, rationale, reserve accuracy, and customer communications.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Claims Ops, Analytics, and Leadership to resolve systemic issues.
• Improve inputs/outputs across claims processes with dashboards, reporting, automation, and AI models.
• Translate insights into measurable product improvements reducing cycle time and improving loss ratio.
