Job summary
Housecall Pro is seeking a Product Manager II to own the Recurring Jobs and Service Plans area. You will lead customer discovery, strategy, and go-to-market planning, shaping products that help Pros manage recurring services and revenue.
You'll partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes and iterate based on data. A strong focus on payments, billing flows, and memberships will guide cross-functional work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience with product analytics, experimentation and customer engagement tools.
- Understanding of recurring billing and subscription lifecycle considerations.
- Ability to drive complex cross-functional product work from discovery through launch.
- Experience with payments, subscription billing, service plans, memberships, or recurring products.
Responsibilities
- Drive key product objectives for Recurring Jobs and Service Plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams from discovery to launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Translate insights into a focused roadmap with measurable success metrics.
- Collaborate on defining requirements, flows, and technical tradeoffs.
- Execute product plans through planning, launch, learning, and iteration.
- Communicate direction and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders.
