Job summary

Housecall Pro seeks a Senior Product Manager II to drive new customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention for our cloud-based products. You will collaborate with engineering and design to identify critical problems, test hypotheses, and measure outcomes to achieve growth targets.

You will lead vision, strategy, and roadmaps, leveraging market insights and customer feedback while coordinating with GTM teams to refine pricing and positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience driving high-impact product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Strong background in agile product development and UX best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform direction.
• Develop, prioritize, and test hypotheses based on impact and feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and deliver impactful solutions.
• Lead product roadmap, sprint planning, and execution with Engineering and Design.
• Oversee launches and coordinate with marketing, sales, and support.
