Regal Rexnord is seeking a Product Manager II for the Air Moving Solutions portfolio. Hybrid role in Fort Wayne, IN with multi-location consideration, reporting to the Senior Product Manager.

You will drive profitable growth by identifying customer pain points, outlining value propositions, and guiding PES products and services across HVAC applications. The role emphasizes strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach to optimize product lifecycle and market

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial or technical experience in electric motors, HVAC airflow and cooling, or general industrial B2B applications.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Strong customer focus and analytical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Commercialization and leveraging portfolios to drive growth in the air moving space.
• New product development and VOC data to drive requirements and market success.
• Pre-sales consulting for applications (CRAC/CRAH, Air Handlers, Chillers, etc.).
• Develop quantified value messaging for Data Center customers based on lifecycle benefits and energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Application Engineering to recommend PES products and services.
• Understand HVAC architectures and system integration for IoT and monitoring initiatives.
• Maintain a customer-obsessed approach to ensure an exceptional experience and long-term relationships.
