Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a results-driven Product Management professional to grow orders and profitability for Power Efficiency Solutions. You will identify customer pain points, develop compelling value propositions, and work with engineering, sales, and services to turn opportunities into solutions for air-moving systems.

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager of Air Moving Solutions, you’ll lead pre-sales consulting, quantify lifecycle benefits (energy, reliability, connectivity), and help

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of commercial/technical experience in electric motors, HVAC air flow and cooling, or industrial B2B applications.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Strong customer focus.
• Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Commercialization: leverage NPD and existing product portfolios to drive growth in the air moving space.
• New Product Development: engage in new product development to drive advanced electric motor and airflow systems; gather Voice of Customer data; participate in reviews.
• Pre-Sales Consulting: understand customer pain points and system-level requirements to provide pre-sales consulting and system sizing.
• Solutions Value Proposition: develop quantified value messaging for Data Center customers focusing on energy efficiency, reliability, connectivity and sustainability.
• Customer Qualification: work with Product Management and Application Engineering to recommend PES products and services.
• Solutions IoT & Integration: understand HVAC architectures and their connections with other systems for integration, and services of condition monitoring and predictive analytics.
• Customer Obsession: ensure exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint and drive long-term relationships.
• Competitive Analysis: monitor competitors and drive new product development initiatives.
