Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a driven Product Manager for Air Moving Solutions to grow orders and sales of Power Efficiency Solutions (PES). You will identify customer pain points, craft application-level value propositions, and collaborate across functions to deliver energy-efficient, reliable, and integrated systems for data centers.

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager of Air Moving Solutions, you will drive pre-sales consulting, quantify value messaging, and support new product development

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Commercialization: Leverage NPD and existing product portfolios to drive growth in the air moving space.
• New Product Development: engage in new product development to drive advanced electric motor and airflow systems.
• Pre-Sales Consulting: understand customers' pain points and provide consulting during pre-sales on applications like CRAC/CRAH, Air Handlers, Chillers.
• Solutions Value Proposition: develop quantified value messaging for Data Center customers focusing on energy efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
• Customer Qualification: partner with Product Management and Application Engineering to tailor PES products/services.
• IoT & Integration: understand HVAC architectures and integration with other systems for monitoring and analytics.
• Customer Obsession: ensure exceptional customer experience and long-term relationships.
