Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Product Manager for Air Moving Solutions to drive profitable growth by identifying customer needs, shaping system-level requirements, and guiding cross-functional teams across product management, engineering and sales.

You will lead commercialization, new product development, and pre-sales consulting for PES and HVAC-related offerings, while building quantified customer value propositions and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of commercial or technical experience in electric motors, HVAC airflow, or industrial B2B.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Customer-focused with strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercialization by leveraging NPD and existing portfolios to grow the air-moving business.
• Lead new product development and gather VOC data to inform requirements.
• Provide pre-sales consulting with system sizing recommendations.
• Develop quantified value messaging for data center customers on energy efficiency and integration.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Applications Engineering to propose PES offerings.
• Understand HVAC architectures for integration and IoT/condition monitoring services.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and nurture long-term relationships.
• Monitor competitive offerings to drive innovation.
