Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Manager for Identity & Access Management. You will own end-to-end lifecycle, shaping secure, scalable identity experiences for clients across Jersey City and Palo Alto locations.

In this role, you will partner with engineering, security, and risk teams to drive roadmap execution, oversee migrations from legacy systems, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering customer value.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in product engineering with 5+ years experience.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, FIDO2/WebAuthn and MFA.
• Understanding IAM best practices and regulatory requirements in finance.

Responsibilities

• Develops product strategy and vision for identity and access management that delivers value and strengthens security posture.
• Manages discovery and market research to uncover needs and integrates best practices into roadmaps.
• Owns backlog and partners with engineering through sprint ceremonies.
• Tracks key success metrics: cost, features, risk, reliability, compliance.
• Leads platform services strategy for scale and multi-line consumption as shared services.
• Drives transformation and migration from legacy to target-state identity platforms.
• Presents roadmaps and migration plans to senior stakeholders and partners.
• Collaborates with security, risk and compliance to meet regulatory standards.
