Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering high value with modern technology.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions.
• Owns and maintains a product backlog aligned to the roadmap and value proposition.
• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, and performance reporting.
• Builds framework to track key metrics: cost, feature, risk, reliability.
• Leads change management activities across partners ensuring risk, controls, and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Manages timelines and dependencies, escaling blockers and ensuring adequate resourcing.
• Advocates for seamless, secure customer experiences balancing usability with security.
• Drives product health reviews and metric reporting around platform performance and adoption.
• Experience in data product or platform-wide release management and deployment strategies.
• Experience with Databricks or Data warehouse / Lakehouse platforms.
