JPMorganChase in New Jersey is seeking a Product Delivery Manager for Identity Access Management (IAM) within the Chief Technology Office. You will lead end-to-end product delivery, define the vision, and guide secure, scalable IAM solutions that align with business goals.

As a core leader, you will advocate for the customer, drive lifecycle execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure top-tier client experiences while meeting regulatory requirements.

Formación

• 5+ years in product delivery or related domain.
• Experience with operational management and change readiness.
• Proven track record implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in data product release management and deployment strategies.
• Experience with Databricks or data warehouse/lakehouse platforms.
• Knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering high value to customers with modern technology.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate into the roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap.
• Leads end-to-end delivery including intake, dependency management, release management, and performance reporting.
• Tracks key metrics: cost, features, risk posture, and reliability.
• Leads change management across partners ensuring risk/compliance adherence.
• Manages timelines and dependencies, escalates blockers, and coordinates with stakeholders.
• Advocates for seamless, secure customer experiences balancing usability with security.
• Drives product health reviews and metric reporting for platform performance and adoption.
