Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Product Manager for the Lennar Account to own the customer experience across the Lennar mobile app and Lennar.com. You will drive discovery, design scope, stories, sprints, QA, and release, ensuring parity and a seamless user journey.

You will work with Design, Engineering, QA, Data, and Operations to deliver features that delight homebuyers and homeowners, while measuring adoption, engagement, and satisfaction across surfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3–5 years in consumer-facing product management.
• Experience shipping features on iOS and Android with parity across surfaces.
• Strong agile delivery skills: write user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog grooming, sprint planning.
• Proven UX/UI collaboration with designers using tools like Figma.
• Experience planning customer research including interviews and usability testing.
• Analytical mindset with product analytics and experimentation (A/B testing).
• Detail-oriented with edge-case handling, testing, and quality ownership.
• Familiarity with account/identity experiences (sign-in, SSO) and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Own Lennar Account product across mobile app and Lennar.com with parity on features.
• Define, spec, design, test, and ship features end-to-end across surfaces.
• Collaborate with Design to define user flows and UX/UI requirements.
• Pair with Engineering to write stories, prioritize backlog, plan sprints, and triage bugs.
• Coordinate QA and user acceptance testing across devices and browsers.
• Lead customer research and synthesize feedback into roadmap priorities.
• Define and track metrics like account adoption, active users, and satisfaction.
