Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Mortgage Product Manager within Lennar Financial Services to drive the design, development, and lifecycle management of mortgage products supporting homebuyers from contract to close.

You will translate market conditions and regulatory requirements into strategic product plans, collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Legal/Compliance to ensure investor-eligible, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5 to 7 years of mortgage product management or related experience.
• Deep knowledge of residential mortgage products and investor guidelines.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage end-to-end product lifecycle for mortgage products.
• Analyze market trends, investor guidelines, and regulatory developments.
• Translate requirements into product specs and procedures for cross-functional teams.
• Act as SME with Sales, Operations, Secondary Markets, and Legal/Compliance.
• Develop product guidelines, matrices, and documentation for internal use.
• Interpret policies to govern loan eligibility, pricing, and borrower qualification.
• Collaborate with tech to define system requirements and testing.
• Monitor product performance metrics and drive improvements.
