Job summary

Lennar Financial Services in Birmingham, AL is seeking an experienced Mortgage Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of mortgage products from ideation through launch and lifecycle management.

You will analyze market trends, interpret investor guidelines, and translate regulatory requirements into actionable specifications for underwriting, operations, and technology teams, driving compliant, competitive solutions for Lennar's homebuyers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business; mortgage certification a plus.
5–7 years in mortgage product management or related field.
Strong knowledge of residential mortgage products and investor guidelines.
Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable product specs.
Proven track record delivering cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Define, own, and manage end-to-end lifecycle for mortgage products.
Analyze market trends, investor guidelines, and regulatory developments.
Translate lending requirements into clear specifications for underwriting and tech.
Develop and maintain product guidelines, matrices, and documentation.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Compliance to ensure viability.
Monitor product metrics and drive continuous improvement.
