Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Product Manager II–Senior to lead data and analytics products in a hybrid role. You will own the roadmap, requirements, and delivery for the Snowflake-native HEDIS platform, shaping the agentic analytics stack with senior leadership collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in healthcare product management, strong SQL/Snowflake skills, and a track record of delivering AI-powered insights. Hybrid work and travel within Cambia offices are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field.
• 8+ years in product management in healthcare or similar.
• MBA preferred for technology-focused roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product domains, backlog through delivery and outcomes.
• Build production-ready AI and data products on Snowflake Cortex.
• Develop domain strategy and roadmaps for analytics and data enrichment.
• Translate business strategy into actionable requirements for engineering.
• Drive AI-powered innovation and data-driven insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Guide cross-functional teams including remote members.
