Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration or related field with 6+ years in product management in healthcare.
• MBA preferred for technology roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product domains from vision to delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Lead AI-powered innovations and responsible AI practices.
• Translate business strategy into clear requirements for engineering and analytics teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities and drive results.
• Guide cross-functional teams and mentor developers and data professionals.
• Track usage and optimize product impact to scale meaningful outcomes.
