Cambia Health seeks a Product Manager II for the HEDIS Data & Agentic portfolio, leading the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of data analytics products. You will drive AI-powered insights and operational excellence within Snowflake-based systems, partnering with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders across the company.

The role emphasizes ownership of product outcomes, ethical AI practices, and delivering impact for members and providers.

Formación

• BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with 6+ years in product management in healthcare or equivalent
• 8+ years in healthcare product management for senior level with MBA preferred
• Experience in consumer-facing software or start-up environment preferred

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver end-to-end product domains: backlog to delivery and business outcomes
• Build production-ready AI and data products leveraging Snowflake Cortex and Cortex Code
• Develop domain strategy and roadmaps for data analytics and product lifecycle
• Translate business strategy into actionable product requirements for engineering and analytics teams
• Drive AI-powered innovation with responsible AI practices
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact data opportunities
• Guide cross-functional teams across remote and in-office members
• Measure and optimize product impact with usage analytics and metrics
• Create scalable impact for millions of members and providers
• Grow product leadership within a multi-role portfolio
