Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Product Manager for HEDIS Data & Agentic to own the data analytics product domain and drive the roadmap, requirements, and delivery. This hybrid role offers 3 days per week in the office across multiple US offices, including Boise, Salt Lake City, and nearby locations.

You will lead with a data-driven mindset and partner with engineering, analytics, and governance teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with 6+ years in product management in healthcare.
• MBA preferred for technology-specific roles.
• Experience in consumer-facing software or startup environments is a plus.
• Strong data and analytics background with healthcare domain knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end product domains from vision to delivery and measurable business outcomes.
• Build production-ready AI and data products on our Snowflake Cortex stack.
• Develop domain strategy and roadmaps for data enrichment and analytics lifecycle.
• Translate business strategy into detailed product requirements for engineering and analytics teams.
• Drive AI-powered innovation with responsible AI practices.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Guide cross-functional teams across management, governance, and operations.
• Measure product impact and drive continuous improvements to make data useful at scale.
• Create meaningful impact at scale for millions of members and providers.
