Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Product Manager II/III/Senior to own data and analytics product domains focused on HEDIS and agentic analytics. You will lead vision, backlog, and delivery, collaborating with engineering, analytics, and governance teams to ship AI-enabled data products on a Snowflake-native platform.

The role reports to the Assistant Director of Data & Analytics Products and offers a hybrid work arrangement with travel within Cambia US offices.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field with 6+ years' experience in product management in healthcare.
• For technology roles, experience in consumer-facing software or a startup environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product domains from vision through delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Build production-ready AI and data products powered by Snowflake Cortex.
• Develop domain strategy and roadmaps for data enrichment and analytics.
• Translate business strategy into actionable requirements for engineering teams.
• Drive AI-powered innovations with responsible AI practices.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Guide cross-functional teams across program management, data governance, architecture, and operations.
• Measure product impact and drive continuous improvements.
• Create impact at scale for millions of members and providers.
