Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Product Manager for the Signify Health team to lead interoperability strategy and client reporting for our data platform. You will define the product vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange using HL7, FHIR, and C-CDA to connect internal products with EMRs and HIEs, while building scalable reporting for health plan clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years professional experience, 4+ years in product roles focused on data.
• Healthcare technology experience.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, C-CDA interoperability.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for interoperability and client reporting.
• Lead bi-directional data exchange between internal products and external systems (EMRs, HIEs).
• Develop scalable reporting solutions for health plan clients.
• Collaborate with data engineering, BI, clinical teams and legal; engage clients.
