Job summary

ExaCare Inc in New York, NY is seeking a Product Manager to own a core product area, shaping what we build and how it helps customers. You will work with engineering, design, sales, and customer teams to connect customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints into tangible products.

You will run the product lifecycle from concept to launch, write specs, evaluate market shifts, and mentor junior PMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field.
• At least 2 years of product management experience building software products.
• Strong judgment and structured thinking in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Clear, direct written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with customers and internal teams to deeply understand user workflows.
• Continuously evaluate competitors, market shifts, and regulatory changes.
• Translate insights into a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Write high-quality specs and collaborate with engineers and designers.
• Take responsibility for the whole product lifecycle from concept through launch.
• Support and mentor junior product managers.
