Job summary

WillScot is seeking an Associate Product Manager/Product Manager to support tactical product management activities, help drive revenue and market share in North America. This role requires strong communication and program management to translate strategy into actionable plans and successful sales results.

You will partner with procurement and operations, assist launches, and support the annual planning process while contributing to WillScot's mission and growth in the portable space solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business or Marketing major preferred.
• 2–4 years in a marketing or sales role with demonstrated achievement.
• Experience in B2B environments and with capital products.
• Ability to read and manage product programs by P&L results.
• Knowledge of sales metrics, margin, and EBITDA.
• Financial and budgeting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and comply with WillScot policies.
• Engage in community and business meetings representing the company.
• Assess business environment, competitors, customers, and market trends.
• Identify and propose margin and financial improvement programs.
• Conduct customer-facing product research.
• Develop and execute the portfolio product road.
• Collaborate with procurement and operations to deliver projects on schedule.
• Support new product launches with materials and training.
• Assist sales teams with plans to grow year-over-year.
• Manage reporting mechanisms and KPI tracking.
• Support annual planning sessions.
• Collaborate on broader company strategies and values.
