Responsibilities

• Decide where ScaleForward should say no so it can say yes to one thing.
• Frame the tradeoff so a busy executive can choose in sixty seconds.
• Conduct competitive research and synthesize insights for executive decisions.
• Align go-to-market plans with broader ScaleForward commercial strategy.
• Push a business pilot past the part where most pilots die.
• Set guardrails so a remote deal can move without a committee.
