Job summary

PacAero Mission is seeking a Sales Manager – Aerospace & Defense to develop new business, expand relationships with defense and space customers, and drive profitable growth for hermetic sealing products.

This hands-on role blends business development, account management, technical selling, contract negotiation, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination with engineering and operations to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical sales or strategic account management in aerospace/defense.
• Experience negotiating aerospace and defense contracts and terms.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and close new leads.
• Expand customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM and reconcile data with ERP.
• Forecast sales and manage NEPOs (Next Expected Purchase Orders).
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, operations, finance, and customer service.
• Represent PacAero Mission at meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Support a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
