Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (related technical field). HVAC experience a plus.
• 3+ years in product management, engineering, or application support within a technical industry.
• Strong project coordination and leadership with cross-functional alignment.
• Structured problem solver with proactive, solutions-driven mindset and ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for internal collaboration and knowledge transfer.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, CRM, and SAP.
• In-office presence required with travel domestically <20%.
• Valid passport and clean driver's license; able to pass site security screenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal execution and coordination, ensuring teams stay aligned on product initiatives.
• Track and follow up on project statuses, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring schedules.
• Centralize product knowledge and streamline communication between internal teams.
• Analyze product performance and market data to support decision-making.
• Improve internal processes and documentation for better lifecycle management.
• Support trade show execution with a well-coordinated presence.
• Collaborate with the other Product Manager to align priorities and execution.
