Job summary

nVent is seeking a Product Manager for Electrical Protection to lead a global portfolio from concept to end-of-life. You will drive growth, profitability, and product positioning while coordinating across sales, marketing, engineering, and operations to deliver value to customers.

The role emphasizes lifecycle leadership, pricing strategy, VOC, and the adoption of digital tools and analytics to boost portfolio performance. Hybrid work options are available in multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or similar field preferred.
• 7+ years of product management experience preferred.
• Experience leading product portfolios and driving business performance preferred.
• Experience developing business cases and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Management of product lifecycle management and commercialization processes.
• Financial insights with P&L management capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth, profitability, and long-term success of a global portfolio of electrical protection solutions.
• Manage full product lifecycle and performance across regions, channels, and end markets.
• Develop annual operating plans, portfolio roadmaps, and pricing strategies.
• Drive VOC initiatives, competitive assessments, and market evaluations.
• Lead product positioning, lifecycle management, and data integrity across the portfolio.
• Oversee digital tools adoption and use AI/data analytics to improve portfolio performance.
