Job summary

STULZ USA is seeking a highly organized Product Manager to drive internal coordination and ensure seamless execution of product initiatives across US and global teams.

The role requires a strong technical background in mechanical, application, or electrical engineering, plus a proactive mindset and structured project execution. Hybrid in-office presence and travel to trade shows are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (HVAC a plus).
• 3+ years in product management, engineering, or application support in a technical field.
• Strong project coordination and cross-team alignment abilities.
• Structured problem solver with proactive ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal execution across sales, engineering, procurement, and support.
• Track project status and identify bottlenecks to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Centralize product knowledge and streamline communications to stakeholders.
• Analyze product performance and market data to drive improvements.
• Improve internal processes and documentation for product lifecycle efficiency.
• Support trade show execution with a coordinated presence.
• Collaborate with the other Product Manager to align priorities.
