• Excellent verbal and written communication for internal collaboration and knowledge transfer.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, CRM, and SAP.
• In-office presence required with travel domestically <20%.
• Valid passport and clean driver's license; able to pass site security screenings.

STULZ USA, a global leader in mission-critical infrastructure cooling technologies, is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Product Manager to help drive internal coordination, streamline product-related communication, and ensure the seamless execution of product initiatives. This role will be instrumental in managing cross-functional collaboration within the U.S. and globally, ensuring product knowledge is centralized and actionable across teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical, application, or electrical engineering, combined with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a structured approach to project execution. This role requires working closely with another Product Manager to align on priorities and ensure smooth execution of product-related initiatives. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence for collaboration. Travel to select industry trade shows is also expected.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage internal execution and coordination, ensuring key teams (sales, engineering, procurement, application, support, and customer service) stay aligned on product initiatives.
• Track and follow up on project statuses, ensuring progress remains on schedule and identifying potential bottlenecks.
• Centralize product-related knowledge, streamlining communication between internal teams and ensuring the right information reaches the right stakeholders at the right time.
• Analyze product performance and market data, compiling insights to support decision-making and continuous product improvement.
• Improve internal processes and documentation, enhancing efficiency in product lifecycle management.
• Support trade show execution, ensuring a strong and well-coordinated presence.
• Work closely with the other Product Manager to ensure alignment on priorities and seamless execution of product development and market strategies.
