STULZ seeks a project coordinator to guide client engagements from RFQ/RFP through sales order, production handoff, and field deployment. This individual contributor role supports PMO standards and governance while ensuring alignment with client commitments and organizational strategy.
The position requires 3–5 years in project management, PMP/CAPM credentials, and proficiency with Monday.com, MS Project, and MS Office tools. Onsite in Frederick, MD with hybrid work options and occasional travel.
Provide project management and client-facing project coordination for client center (large project & channel) orders, guiding client engagements from RFQ/RFP through sales order management, production, and field operations/installation, while supporting Project Management Office (PMO) standards, governance, and continuous improvement efforts. This is an individual-contributor role with no supervisory responsibilities; may support facility or strategic projects as assigned to help meet PMO capacity needs. Ensure all work aligns with organizational strategy, client commitments, and PMO best practices. This role includes responsibility for any project assigned by the PMO.
