RTX is seeking a Product Manager for the fire suppression product line at the Wilson, NC facility to drive output growth and margins through cost and yield initiatives. You will lead a Program Management Team and manage SIOP planning to meet customer needs and achieve targets.

You will collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, operations, and commercial teams to ensure OEM and aftermarket program success, while exploring new business opportunities and providing tailored solutions to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience OR Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required to access information.
• Proven track record of driving improvements in quality, delivery, yield, capacity or costs.

Responsabilités

• Develop Product Line Strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Lead Program Management Teams to support customer deliveries, supplier management, and NPI/technology programs.
• Analyze demand and supply to meet customer needs while optimizing profitability.
• Continuously improve business processes and drive efficiency.
• Cultivate strong relationships with program managers and partners to drive growth.
• Support new business opportunities including cost/yield analyses and proposals.
