Job summary

Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking a Product Manager for the Fire Suppression product line at the Wilson, NC facility. You will drive output growth, improve margins through cost and yield initiatives, industrialize new technology, and lead the Program Management Team to execute on OEM and aftermarket programs onsite.

You will collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution and strong relationships with Collins

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree plus 5 years.
• U.S. citizen requirement for access to program information.
• Proven track record of driving improvements in quality, delivery, yield and costs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities across multiple functions.
• Ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop product line strategy aligned with objectives and trends.
• Lead cross-functional program management teams for customer deliveries and NPI.
• Analyze demand and supply data to meet targets and profitability.
• Continuously improve business processes for efficiency.
• Manage relationships with program managers and partners to drive growth.
• Support new business opportunities with cost/yield analyses.
